If you order the wrong product and wish to return non-defective merchandise, there is a 30 day return window, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the customers responsibility. We will facilitate exchanges for a different product and calculate any applicable charge or refund for the trade. See below for warranty and return info on damaged or defective merchandise.

Warranty

We provide a one-year limited warranty on all products against failure and manufacturing defects. This warranty is void if the product is not properly maintained or damaged by misuse. There is a 15 day return window to report damage and arrange for return shipping. 

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. Taxes and customs related fees are the customer’s responsibility. 

Shipment

We ship via USPS. Customers with a preferred shipping method will be accommodated whenever possible. Larger packages that exceed USPS weight or size limitations are shipped UPS. We usually ship within 1 business day and shipping time will vary by location. (usually 3 to 7 days total) 

NOTE: Shipping on defective product returns are the customers responsibility. Upon receipt of the product and once a resolution is reached, we will either refund the shipping and/or return-ship the repaired/updated product free of charge. There is a 15 day return window to report damage and arrange for return shipping. 

Damaged Goods

Since it is inevitable that a small percentage of shipments will be mishandled and damaged, customers should always inspect goods immediately upon arrival for any transit damage. If your order arrives damaged, you should report this to the shipping company at time of delivery and retain the damaged product and packaging for inspection. Please advise us immediately and we will expedite shipment of a replacement product to you or arrange for repairs if possible.

Return of Non-Defective Products

There are no returns on custom ordered merchandise unless damaged in shipping. If possible, we will make repairs on damaged items and re-ship them. Please contact us with questions to ensure you are getting the item you expect. If you order the wrong product, and wish to return non-defective merchandise, there will be a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the customers responsibility.
