Description
This Katalox Charcuterie Board is a 14″ x 7.5″ single face-grained piece of extremely hard Katalox wood – showing off its beautiful dark heartwood and its equally hard but creamy-white, pin-holed sapwood. This wood is ideal for charcuterie and is safe to cut upon. The pin-holes on the face of the board are filled with food-safe epoxy to make cleaning a breeze, and the entire piece is treated with our own oil and wax blend. The feet are made from the corner cut-offs of the board and tall enough for the board to not need handles. The edges of this board are cut in a wavy pattern.
