Description
A one of a kind 17″ x 12″ solid Buckeye Burl wall clock with hand-made hour markers. The Burl has been vacuum stabilized with epoxy, then coated with gloss epoxy to maintain its structure and unique color forever. The color of the wood is 100% natural, no stains or dyes were added. The colors range from cream in the center with black spalting along the top – to a brownish-red heartwood at the bottom. The “buckeyes” are brownish black. The hour markers are hand shaped aluminum with a sanded finish to give them some “sparkle.” The markers are epoxy coated onto the board so they will never tarnish or fall off. The Buckeye Burl Wall Clock mechanism is AA battery powered.
